These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Learning Management System (“LMS”) provided by Cobblestone Learning (“Provider”). By accessing or using the LMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the LMS.

a. All content provided on the LMS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cobblestone Learning or our programme collaborators and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the LMS without the express written permission of Cobblestone Learning.

b. Cobblestone Learning is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites or resources.
a. Cobblestone Learning collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
b. By using the LMS, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
a. Cobblestone Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the LMS at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason.
b. Upon termination, your right to use the LMS will cease immediately.
a. The LMS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
b. Cobblestone Learning makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided on the LMS.
a. In no event shall Cobblestone Learning be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the LMS.
b. The total liability of Cobblestone Learning, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Cobblestone Learning, if any, for access to the LMS.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Data Protection Commission of Ireland.
Cobblestone Learning reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the modified Terms on the LMS. Your continued use of the LMS after the posting of the modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
By using the LMS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
